DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected speed
Orders placed before 1pm EST on business days ship same day
Tracking info is emailed as soon as your order ships

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico
International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
Delivery times range from 7–21 business days depending on location
Customs duties, import tariffs, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated at checkout when available

EU & UK Customers

We don't ship directly to Europe or the UK, but you can order Ghost products from our authorized partners:

RETURNS

30-day return window from the date of delivery
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resale condition
Disposable tray covers and hygiene products are non-returnable once opened
To start a return, email hello@ghosttattooco.com with your order number
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item
