Can I cancel or edit my order?
If you need to cancel or edit your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate. The distributor we work with is very good about getting orders out fast and most orders are typically processed for shipping within a few hours of being placed. In the case of the order already being shipped, there is little we can do and the customer is responsible for returning the unwanted items.
How do Ghost Tattoo Co preorders work?
At Ghost Tattoo Co, we are always pushing innovation forward and looking to improve our existing products and bring new ones to your toolkit! All preorder dates on product listings are approximate and subject to change based on preorder numbers and distributor timelines. We always do our best to stick to the timelines listed, but we ask that you please be flexible for expected shifts in the preorder shipping schedule. Where are Ghost Tattoo Co products available outside the US?
Ghost Tattoo Co products outside the US are currently available to UK customers, through Starr Tattoo & Piercing Supplies, Killer Ink Tattoo, and internationally via Painful Pleasures.

How long does it take to ship products?
All of our products (excluding preorders) ship within 1-2 business days after the order is processed.
What if I receive malfunctioning or broken equipment from Ghost Tattoo Co?
If you receive your Ghost Tray or Ghost Arm and it is not working properly, please send us an email at hello@ghosttattooco.com. We will first assess the issue with you, and if it is determined that it cannot be used properly then we will process a replacement order for the product.
What if my Ghost Tattoo equipment needs repairs?
We always approach each repair on a case by case basis. We will schedule a video call with you and try to assess the problem and fix the issue on the spot.
If we determine that it can't be fixed, we will ship you a new item and send you a return label and box to ship the broken item back.
What forms of payments do you take?
We accept all major credit/debit cards through our processing system.
