Shipping Information:

All of our products (excluding preorders) now ship within 1-2 business days as we are currently experiencing a high volume of ordering. 

We strive to process and ship all orders within 48 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding major Holiday’s) from the time they are received, so long as the item(s) are in stock. All packages are sent insured and tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment. In addition, UPS will only deliver Monday- Friday excluding all major U.S. holidays and weekends.

Returns & Refund Policy:

Ghost Tattoo Co. is committed to delivering the highest quality products possible that are free from defect or damage due to shipping.

If you have a problem with your order, please contact our support team immediately.

We have a 15 day return policy (unless otherwise notated) from the original invoice date on unopened, unused products. Shipping & COD fees are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on used or damaged items. To return product, you will need to call for authorization and instructions. Returns received without this will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returned packages, damaged, or lost shipments – please purchase insurance and contact shipping carrier to report these issues.

Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
